For nearly 30 years, I’ve been working with bodies—listening deeply, releasing tension, and helping people return to themselves. My approach is intuitive and gentle, guided by what your body needs in the moment.

Where do sessions take place?
All body and energy work sessions are in person, at my studio in Port Chalmers.
How long is a session?
Sessions are usually 60 minutes. If you’d like a little longer, just let me know when booking.
What does it cost?
Each session is $95 NZD.

Do I need to know what I want before I come?
Not at all. You don’t need to have the right words, or even know exactly what you need. I listen to your body and work intuitively, so each session is guided by what arises in the moment.
How It Weaves with Mentorship
Many people begin with bodywork and later move into mentorship, or weave the two together. The body is often the first doorway—it holds the wisdom, the stress, and the stories we can’t always name.

Couples & Pairs Massage Course
Learn how to massage each other with confidence, care, and presence. This course is designed for couples or close pairs who want to offer support through touch—without feeling overwhelmed or unsure.
For Partners, Friends and Family
Enjoy the benefits of a professional style massage from the comfort of home, given by someone you already know and trust. In this hands-on course, you’ll learn how to effectively massage your partner, friend, or family member in a way that’s tailored to their specific needs and body type—while gaining the skills to exchange this care with each other.
This course consists of three sessions totaling five hours (2 sessions of 2 hours each, plus a final 1-hour session). Throughout the course, you’ll learn all the essentials for providing a sustainable, effective massage, including:
- A personalized map of tension patterns and areas to focus on for each person.
- Techniques and methods to target these areas effectively.
- A variety of massage styles designed to preserve and support your own body’s comfort while you work.
By the end, you’ll be equipped with techniques that help deepen connection and enhance relaxation, all in a way that’s practical and enjoyable for both of you.
Cost – $500 for 2-3 people
Times for this are made by arrangement as suits.
As a qualified teacher, I guide you with clarity and ease, breaking things down into simple, learnable steps. No experience necessary – just a willingness to connect and try something new together.

Foot Freedom Series
Your feet carry you through life, yet they’re often the most neglected part of the body. Over time, stress, shoes, and daily strain can leave them sore, stiff, or misshapen. When your foundation isn’t free, the rest of your body compensates — creating tension, pain, and imbalance.
The Foot Freedom Series is a focused offering designed to restore ease, movement, and balance to your feet. Through a series of eight sessions over four weeks, we work progressively to release every joint in the feet, helping them move as they were designed to.
How It Works
- 8 sessions across 4 weeks
- First session: 60 minutes ($95 NZD)
- Following sessions: 30 minutes each ($50 NZD)
Payment: pay as you go, or in a single lump sum at the beginning – whichever feels right for you.

Foot Freedom Series FAQ
Do I have to commit to all 8 sessions?
Yes — the full series is what creates lasting change. Each session builds on the last, gradually freeing the joints and retraining your feet to move with more ease.
What if I can’t do them all in 4 weeks?
Ideally, sessions are close together (twice a week) for best results. If life gets in the way, we can adjust the timing a little — but consistency is key to giving your feet the chance to truly shift.
Is the work painful?
No. The sessions are gentle but effective. You may feel sensations of release or stretch, but the aim is comfort and freedom, not force. Many clients find the sessions surprisingly soothing.
How long are the sessions?
- The first session is 60 minutes, to assess and begin deeper work.
- The following 7 sessions are 30 minutes each, focusing specifically on the joints of the feet.
What does it cost?
- First session: $95 NZD (60 minutes)
- Following sessions: $50 NZD each (30 minutes)

Our feet are our foundations—amazingly complex structures that play a crucial role in every aspect of our daily lives. Foot mobilisation focuses on restoring optimal alignment and mobility through each joint in the foot, while also incorporating elements of reflexology to promote overall well-being.
This approach is especially beneficial for anyone experiencing pain or discomfort in the feet, ankles, or knees. It can provide relief for conditions such as plantar fasciitis, fallen arches, flat feet, tired and achy feet, and even aid recovery from injuries. By addressing the foundational structure of the feet, this work supports not only foot health but also enhances balance, stability, and comfort throughout the entire body.

Reiki and Energy Healing
Subtle, spacious, and deeply restorative. Reiki sessions offer a moment of energetic recalibration - supporting emotional clarity, stress release, and inner grounding.
Rooted in the wisdom of Eastern medicine and healing traditions, Reiki is a natural, vibrational, hands-on practice that channels universal life force energy—known as Ki, Chi, or Qi—to support the body’s innate ability to heal. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Japanese traditional medicine, the human body is viewed as an interconnected network of energy channels, or meridians, through which life energy flows. Maintaining the free, balanced flow of this energy is seen as essential for physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Reiki, developed in Japan, is one of these powerful healing practices. The word “Reiki” combines two Japanese terms: Rei, meaning “Spirit” or “Universe,” and Ki, meaning “life force energy.” Through gentle application, Reiki practitioners channel this universal energy to restore balance and promote the natural flow within these meridians, encouraging the body’s own capacity for self-healing.
This gentle yet profound energy work can be integrated into a massage session or provided as a stand-alone treatment, tailored to your specific needs. Reiki is particularly effective for relieving pain, stress, and both physical and emotional tension.
It offers support for those managing acute health concerns, while also enhancing overall resilience and well-being. By creating a deeply calming environment, Reiki enables the body and mind to enter a balanced, harmonious state, fostering healing, self-regulation, and renewed vitality.

Home Visits
In certain circumstances, I offer home visits to provide care in the comfort of your own space. This service is particularly beneficial for individuals with chronic, debilitating conditions that make traveling to and from appointments challenging, or even impossible.
I have experience working with people in the final stages of life, offering gentle, hands-on techniques to provide pain relief and ease some of the physical and emotional difficulties they may be facing during this profound and sensitive time.
